The whole experience of Home James from booking online (this time I popped into the office) is first class. Website easy to negotiate, text reminders of appointments is a great idea, phoning to let you know car is ready. Robin the young lady in the office is always pleasant, smiling and very professional and you always receive a lovely greeting. Edgar cleans the car to a very high standard and he's also very polite and welcoming. Many thanks.
